Study on the Preparation of Magnetic Pine Needle Biochar and Its Adsorption Performance for the Dye

The agricultural and forestry waste pine needle was selected to prepare the biochar which magnetized by Fe3O4 treat typical wastewaters of dye methylene blue (MB) carmine (P4R) in view problem quick increasing wastewater caused rapid development textile, printing dyeing industries, research result showed experimental values maximum adsorption capacity modified for MB P4R were 465.6mg·g-1 336.6mg·g-1 respectively. When dosage MBC is 0.010g 0.015g, both removal rate can be maintained at a high level. Lower pH conducive P4R, higher MB. As time initial concentration increase, dyes increases. temperature increases, amount while decreases high-temperature spontaneous process, low-temperature adsorption. Langmuir model better describe process MB, single-layer adsorption, Freundlich multi-layer conforms quasi-second-order kinetic model.
